A little bit about me...
Born, raised, and residing in the Finger Lakes region of beautiful New York State, where my cats, dogs, and horses were the closest thing I had to siblings, and I had free range of my parent's small horse farm to play and let my entrepreneurial spirit run wild with my best friend and our many businesses we thought up as a kids.
I hope by now you know I am The Twenty-Something PR Girl. You may have previously known me as Your Twenty-Something PR Girl when I first started my blog, but I decided 'the' sounds a lot better than 'your', so here we are. The PR stands for public relations and I am grateful to be equipped with knowledge of the industry from some of the best at SUNY Oswego.
I'm also the definition of a Tone It Up girl, and that's where my healthy lifestyle stems from. Don't get me wrong, I'll still enjoy a good donut occasionally, but I love fueling my body with whole foods and clean ingredients. You can find me in the kitchen every Sunday dancing and getting my meal prep on. On the other days of the week, my mornings start with either a Studio Tone It Up workout, or cardio kickboxing, or yoga. Speaking of yoga, I was so inspired by my yoga wellness and yoga journey that I decided to pursue yoga teacher training in 2018.
